We want to provide a summary the service disruption that occurred at 8:55 today, lasting approximately 15–20 minutes.
During this period, our Asset Service — responsible for rendering and transforming images within Struct PIM - experienced temporary performance degradation due to an unexpected spike in load. This resulted in slower response times and intermittent unavailability of image assets for some users.
As soon as the issue was identified, our team immediately investigated and adjusted the service capacity to handle the increased demand. Once scaled appropriately, performance stabilized quickly and all systems returned to normal operation.
At no point was any user data, data integrity, or system security at risk. The incident was strictly related to service capacity under elevated load conditions.
Following the incident, we have reviewed and refined our capacity management and monitoring setup to strengthen resilience and improve response times should similar load patterns occur in the future.
The issue has been fully resolved, and the platform is running as expected.
